Description
The Civitan Club became the first civic club to sign up a hundred percent in the Town and Country Safety Club, its 62 members pledging to drive under 30 in the city and 60 in the country. Signing up members are Jay M. Wilson, safety chairman, left, and R. C. Stewart, president, of the Civitan Club. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 26, 1950.
