Description
Among several construction projects in downtown Midland was this four-story addition to the six-floor McClintic Building, owned by Wyatt C. Hedrick, Fort Worth. Also helping to solve Midland's office space problem was Jack Wilkinson, rancher and building owner who constructed a 14-story structure. Many oil companies were unable to set up Midland offices because of the shortage. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 19, 1950.
