Description

A group of Fort Worth public school teachers are shown boarding a bus for an all-day visit with one of 58 local industries that were hosts for a special business-industry-education day. More than 1,600 teachers joined in the special program arranged by the American opportunity committee of the Chamber of Commerce for the purpose of a school-business men's "get-together" on each other's problems. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 9, 1950.
