Description
Construction crews are shown at the Lancaster bridge working on the $138 000 Camp Bowie-W 7th St. storm sewer relief mai due to be finished warly in 1951. Portion of the drainage pipe shown is 72 inches in diameter and is designed to carry off surface water from the business area just west of the Trinity Clear Fork between W. 7th and W. Lancaster and also assist drainage in the Will Rogers Memorial grounds vicinity and in the low residential are north of W. 7th St. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 9, 1950.
