Image shows a bust shot of Miss Eileen Pagel. She is the director and physical therapist at the Cerebral Palsy Treatment Center, 2210 Hemphill. She was a consultant for the Texas Society for Crippled Children. She received her physical therapy training at Brooke General Hospital at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio. She then did post graduate work at the Children's Rehabilitation Institute at Baltimore, specializing work among child polio and cerebral palsy . Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 2, 1950.
