Engineers believe Van Zandt Viaduct (lower center) is overworked and additional Trinity Clear Fork crossing is needed for West Side traffic flow. West 7th Street- Penn traffic (center) handles cross street flow and (Upper Center) West 7th Henderson intersection adds congestion. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition , November 3, 1950.
