The international president of the Altrusa Club believes women's service organizations could lift standard of living and changing tradition bound outlook of women in Asian countries. Altrusa formed the only service club in Asia in Seoul, Korea. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 31, 1950.
