Shown inspecting the double-delivery room of Saint Joseph's Hospital's redecorated, redesigned, modernly-equipped obstetrical department at a dedication program are front, left to right, Miss Josephine Lehane, Mrs. Hayden Hudson and nurses, Mrs. R, B. Brown, and Mrs. P. S. Hayward. In the back room, left to right, Mrs. C. B. Palmer of Newcastle, Mrs. H. G. Brickhouse, Mrs. Wayne Palmer and her daughter, Susan, and the nurse, Mrs. Aubrey Berry, Testimonials of gratitude were presented Mrs. Burton Carter, donor of the improvements, and her daughter, Mrs. J. Lee Johnson III. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 20, 1950.
