Dr. Stanley A. Vezey of 917 West Leuda, veterinarian, was one of the first four to sign up when "doctor draft" registration began. Mrs. Clara M. Morehead, principal draft board clerk, helped the doctor with his forms. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 16, 1950.
