    Description

    Eugene F. Kline stands beside the rehabilitated old cash register in Kline's cafeteria, 708 S. Carroll-"about the only fixture they have that survived that flood of May 1949." He was a strong advocate of the $7,000,000 flood control bond issue submitted in October 27, 1950 election. Published in the Fort Worth Star - Telegram evening edition, October 11, 1950.
