Description
Brigade General John P. Henebry, left, who at 32 was the Air Force's youngest general, took time at the Air Reserve Association Convention to renew friendship with Brigade General Lacy B. Murrow, with whom he served in the 5th Air Force in the Southwest Pacific during World War II. General Henebry commanded the 437th Troop Carrier Wing which was called to active duty, and General Murrow headed the 434th Troop Carrier Wing. Published in the Fort Worth Star - Telegram morning edition, September 30, 1950.
