Mrs. Frederick Brewster Ingram of Dallas, left, national president, and Mrs. Ben A. Talbot of Houston, right, state president, were honored guests at a luncheon of the General Edward H. Tarrant Chapter, Daughters of 1812, of which Mrs. Uel Stephens, center, was president. The affair, at Colonial Country Club, was attended by 100 women. Published in the Fort Worth Star - Telegram morning edition, September 30, 1950.
