    Description

Acting County Engineer Champeaux, left, and County Commissioner O'Farrell lent a helping hand with the repairs to the much-argued water trough monument on the county courthouse east lawn. County officials reached a compromise agreement with local historians to renovate the edifice and replace the bronze horse which once adorned the structure.
