Description
Edgar D. Erwin, differently abled when he lost his right hand in an accident, is shown watering concrete pipe on the job on which he had made good at the Gifford-Hill Pipe Company. Erwin was an illustration of year-round advantages pointed up by National Employ-the-Physically-Handicapped Week. Published in the Fort Worth Star - Telegram evening edition, September 28, 1950.
