Pictured here is Major Rueben K. Ransone who was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant colonel. He was assigned here to Fort Worth after spending three years of duty with the military government in Japan. Before that he spent 18 months in Europe with the 3rd Amry, participating in four major battles as a field artillery officer. Heattended a special military school at the Sorbonne in Paris.
