Description
Marian Alice Jones, 5, takes a last look at the three-foot alligator held by her grandfather, J. B. Jones, 4749 Normandy Road, before Forest Park Zoo attendants arrived to take it. The alligator, believed to come from the river bottoms, startled Jones' neighbor, Mrs. Nelle Walker, by crawling into her house the previous weekend. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition September 19, 1950.
