They were, from left to right, I. C. Huff Jr., IPAA district staff member, of Houston, R. G. Lawton, of Magnolia, Arkansas, Paul L. Davis, of Midland, C. E. Buchner, IPAA executive manager, of Tulsa, Frank Lefever, of San Antonio, V. C. Perini Jr., of Abilene, and Robert L. Wood, chairman, of Midland.
