W. I. Browning, left, is shown handing a deed to 20 acres of land to Arlington School Board President Hop Reynolds. The tract on New York Avenue was part of the Highland Park Addition that was being developed by Browning and J. E. Foster Jr., both of Fort Worth. Published in the morning edition, September 6, 1950.
