Image shows a double-decker carriage , that was built in 1889. The carriage carried Gainsville centennial officials and Congressman Ed Gossett, far right, during the Gainsville centennial parade. The carriage was used by President William McKinley in 1896. Published in the evening edition, September 5, 1950.
