Description
Ken Staples, Cat Catcher, lost this decision at first base in the first inning at La Grave Field, and a double play was chalked up against the Cats. Reaching for the ball is Houston's Jerry Witte, while Buff Pitcher Mary Garlock watches intently from mid-diamond. Umpire Bob Smith made the ruling on the close play.
