They are are, left to right, Willard Barr, editor and publisher of the Labor News; Otto Monning, Fort Worth business man; and Mrs. Tim H. Dunn, president of the Fort Worth Federation of Women's Clubs. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition August 24, 1950.
