Description
With the departure of Sergeant Thomas K. Harris Junior of 2421 McKenzie for a station in New Orleans, Master Sergeant J. A. Haldeman Junior, become the last man left at the Marine Corps Reserve headquarters in the Naval Reserve Armory at 2222 Worth. He has "cleaned out" his desk ready for re-assignment orders any day. The Marine Reserve battalion here left for West Coast. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition August 23, 1950.
