Image shows "Ghost Town Historian" Mrs. Lois Lucille Gray, as she autographs "Old Indianola", her novel about the historic Texas settlement on Matagorda Bay. The work was her first novel, and received bids from three separate publishers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, August 17, 1950.
