Of all the delegations at the convention, Amarillo's Khiva Temple was one of the most conspicuous. Their drum and bugle corps, here performing in the Westbrook Hotel lobby under the direction of Fred Rattan kept the Shriners aware that "Amarillo Wants You in 1951."
