Mrs. H. V. Preslar, of 2604 Roosevelt, left for her first return visit to her native home, Colchester, England, since coming to Texas as a war bride in 1946. She brought her three daughters with her to visit their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred E. Grammer, of Colchester. Left to right, Priscilla, 3; Mrs. H. V. Preslar; Jennifer, 1; and Linda, 2. Published in the evening edition, August 9, 1950.
