Captain A. P. Ratti, left, stepped out officially as naval officer in charge of the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey regional office here and Captain Benjamin H. Rigg, right, took over. Rigg, a 1919 graduate of Lehigh University, has served with the USC and GS in the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. His wife, son and daughter will reside with him at 2543 Highview Ter. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition August 1, 1950.
