Uniformed bodies of the Moslah Temple, headed by three men, would take part in a downtown parade as a part of the Texas Shrine Association meeting to be held. Left to right, the image shows D. Frank Ellis, president, ceremonial directors; Ray H. Wyatt, patrol captain; Harry L. Laue, caliph, Bedouins; J. Oscar Webster, director, chanters; W. Sproesser Wynn, drum major, band; Arthur D. Ford, drum Major, drum and bugle corps. Published in the morning edition, July 31, 1950.
