Charles G. Cotten of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, left, visited his own home town of Dalhart during a stop of the Fort Worth good will caravan. Others, left to right, are E. E. Bowling, retired rancher and resident of the Dalhart area for 50 years; William E. Holden, manager of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, and R. O. Luscombe, Dalhart, Cotten's brother-in-law. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition July 31, 1950.
