Image shows the four winners of the Duchess Contest. The four women are posed with suitcases. First place went to Beverely Smith of 1810 Hurley, who won the Duchess of Idaho Contest. Miss Smith is a secretary for Burrus Feed Mills. Smith won a prize, a ladies wardrobe case. Second place went to Miss Sue Queen, who is a secretary to the Claim agent, Greyhound Lines. Third Place was Miss Jean McGowan of the firm Callahan, Campbell & Durant. Queen won a weekend luggage piece and McGowan won a swim suit. Judges (not pictured) were: M. W. Taggart, Virginia Spencer and Carrol Hinners. Fourth place went to Marie Hancock. From left to right, Beverley Smith, Marie Hancock, Jean McGowan and Sue Queen.
