Description
Layne Beaty, left, WBAP farm editor and manager of the Texas Cattlemen's Tour of South America, presented an appreciation plaque to Walter and Carlos Romay of Uruguay at WBAP. The Romays, ranchers and businessmen, played host to beaty and his tour when they were in Montevideo. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 17, 1950.
