Description

Wednesday night's downpour turned Henderson street into a river flowing between Masonic Temple and Fort Worth Lincoln-Mercury, from which a fire and police rescue boat is evacuating persons trapped by the flood. Boats sae service at other points over the city after the torrential rain.
