Description
Water stores in the two 420,000-gallon tanks is ticketed for use in Odessa and Big Spring. The water is pumped by the Colorado River Municipal Water District, which spent more than $500,000 on equipment and pipelines. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April, 1954.
