Description

Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Allan, 6029 E. Lancaster, were Tarrant County's first absentee voters in the July 22 primary election. They are shown with ballots in the county clerk's office. Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Allan are behind a counter: Mr. Allan is looking down at a paper while holding a pencil in his hand, and Mrs. Allan is holding a paper while directing her attention to the woman in front of her.
