Paul Waggoner of Fort Worth and Vernon; Paul Colvert of Wichita Falls and Mill Creek, Oklahoma, president of the Texas and Oklahoma Hereford Breeders Association, and A. C. Humphrey, former Stamford mayor and reunion parade chairman. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition July 4, 1950.
