With bowler and umbrella in hand, mustached Anthony William Tuke of London brought a touch of England to Fort Worth's Carter Field Thursday. Tuke is chairman of Barclays Bank, Ltd., one of the world's largest banking empires, but he answered queries Thursday with five-and-dime store matter-of-factness.
