Mrs. Mary Sevier of Asheville, North Carolina, national president of the auxiliary of Spanish American War Veterans, and Brigadier General Thomas H. Hammond (retired) of Providence, Rhode Island, commander in chief of the veterans, were guests of the auxiliary's Texas Department at a luncheon Wednesday in Hotel Texas. Mrs. Sevier outlined national auxiliary plans during her official visit.
