Workers scale the tower of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 10th and Lamar, to erect small spiked barriers on ledges. The barriers discourage pigeon loitering. Putting them in are Robert Day of Dallas, left, and Jimmy Carmichael of 305 West Daggett.
