Andres, recreational director of the U.S. Public Health Service receiving a new combination radio-phonograph from Mrs. Ethel Schnell, right, District 21 Veteran Affairs (VA) hospital chairman and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary chaplain. Mrs. Schnell was acting for the state VFW Auxiliary which bought the instruments for the patients.
