Description
Vicky Logan, 4, had one chance in five to live. On Dec. 28, a bathroom heater set her dress aflame at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Logan. Tuesday Vicky was discharged from Harris Hospital. Her survival was called, "something close to a miracle." There's an estimated 80 percent mortality when a child Vicky's age suffers the extensive burns she did. Forty percent of her body was covered with third degree burns.
