The present, the past, and the limited future dependent upon the longevity of members of the Veterans of World War I were touched upon Monday night by its national commander. Fred Hollenbeck of Capt. Vincent, N. Y. sounded a call to arms for the organization's biggest aim, congressional approval of pensions for all World War I veterans. In the picture, World War I veterans commanders Robert L.
