When the jury's discussion became a bit loud Tuesday while working on a verdict in the burglary with attempt to rape case of Harry Lee Anderson, 25, African American, in Criminal District Court No. 2, Assistant District Attorney J. Elwood Winters moved close to the jury room door. Later, the jury came out with a 25-year sentence for Anderson.
