Spence, Houston, chairman of railroad contact committee for the Southwest Shippers Advisory Board; C. C. Dehne, Stuttgart, general chairman, SSAB, and Paul T. Jackson, president Southwestern Industrial Traffic League. Behind them are Robert M. Duke, left, president, Fort Worth Traffic Club, and Ed P. Byars, manager, Chamber of Commerce Traffic Bureau, both of Fort Worth.
