Murrell Sr., right, president of the Tex Pac Recreation Club of the Texas & Pacific Railway, is shown handing Mrs. Thelma Vinson, Star-Telegram cashier, a check of $500 for the Star-Telegram Milk and Ice Fund. The Check represents $379.06 profits on the recent club-sponsored T&P Minstrel Show, and a $120.94 contribution from the recreation club. Published in the evening edition, June 29, 1950.
