Thomas Douglas Smith , 25, one of the figures in the underworld slaying of George Kean, was assessed a 15 year prison term Thursday for a $ 1,500 loan firm holdup. A jury returned its guilty verdict in Criminal District court, where Smith was given a five year term Dec. 18 for a similar robbery.
