Technical High School received a six cylinder engine and automatic transmission valued at more than $1,000 as a gift of Ford Motor Company. The equipment was presented to G. G. Trimble, director of vocational training for Fort Worth Public Schools and principal of Technical High School, by James M. Bass of Dallas, Ford assistant district sales manager.
