Brig. Gen. Nils O. Ohman, right, commander of the 19th Air Division at Carswell AFB, looks over the last B-36 with Mr. and Mrs. Amon Carter Jr. at Carter Field. The ship had jsut completed its last flight and was parked on the terminal ramp for decommissioning ceremonies.
