Description
The Tarrant County United Fund elected Joseph H. Chowning new president at its annual dinner meeting in Hotel Texas Monday night. Chowning served as chairman of the 1958 campaign, He, Don Gamel, outgoing president, and Charles Ringler, public relations chairman for the drive, received bronze plaques for their UF work from Thomas H. Law, head of the annual meeting committee. Left to right is, Don Gamel, Joseph H. Chowning, and Charles Ringler.
