Fifty boosters for more travel on U. S. Highway 287 visited Fort Worth at noon Thursday, had lunch while their caravan of 17 motor vehicles were parked in a reserved area at Hotel Texas and then headed for Palestine, where they spent Thursday night. Left to right is, Willard Murffin, S. W. Vogel, and Charles A. Stewart. Three men stand in front of automobiles.
