Pictured today are some elementary school children, and pictures they drew of their impressions of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. Sketches and lettering show the influence of public school art classes, in which children are encouraged to express themselves. "Funny Man" by Pete Marquez, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Marquez, 3605 North Commerce. He is 11 years old and attends Washington Heights School.
