Judy French, 17, senior at Our Lady of Victory Academy (OLV), is crowned queen of OLV's winter carnival by Harry Moreland Jr., TCU football player. About 450 teenagers attended the formal dance and show featuring schoolboy talent. Judy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. P. French.
